80-metre timber high-rise with 130 affordable flats

The residential high-rise «Pi», built in timber, is planned on the GIBZ site. Most of the flats are affordable; part of them will be taken over by the Gewoba cooperative. Voters said yes, but an appeal is still blocking construction.
